Funds for Social Media Analyst Linkfluence

Social media intelligence provider Linkfluence has raised EUR 12m, with which to continue rapid international growth and investment in R&D.

Funds for Social Media Analyst LinkfluenceThe French firm helps clients monitor, analyse and activate social media channels using a suite of tools called Radarly. Founded in 2006, the company has grown revenue more than 50 percent in the last year, grown staff to more than 200, and rolled out internationally, with a new office in London, operations in Singapore, and the acquisition of Chinese competitor ActSocial in October 2015.

The latest funding round includes existing investors Banexi, Orkos Capital and Sigma Management, along with new supporters including BNP Paribas Development.

CEO Herve Simonin says of the latest cash: 'Attracting investment from as BNP Paribas Development sends a strong signal to the market and positions the company as a serious player with excellent potential. In the context of an extremely rapidly growing market, we hold all of the tools for success: technological capital, a strategic R&D programme, flexibility and strong human expertise'.
