YouGov Hires Ben Leet as UK General Manager

YouGov has hired Ben Leet as UK General Manager, overseeing the sales, marketing and client services teams.

Leet (pictured) joins after a brief spell at mobile survey specialist Dalia Research, where he had worked as European MD since February. Prior to this, he was European MD at online sampling and technology company Instantly (previously known as uSamp), Client Development Manager at Ugam Solutions, and an Account Director at Toluna.

In his new role, Leet will focus on the growth and expansion of YouGov's product and subscription business in the UK, with a particular focus on its BrandIndex brand tracking product and Profiles, the company's audience planning and segmentation tool. He will also be responsible for growing the reports and omnibus services. CEO Stephan Shakespeare comments: 'I am pleased to welcome Ben to the business. He has a wealth of experience in the industry, and his expertise will help to build on the success we have had in our product and subscription services in recent years'.
