Verint Adds Geolocation Targeting to EFM Solution

November 11 2016

In the US, speech and text analytics specialist Verint has added geolocation targeting options to its Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solution.

Nancy TreasterThe firm's portfolio of Enterprise Intelligence Solutions and Security Intelligence Solutions pulls in data from formats including voice, video and unstructured text. With the latest upgrade, survey authors will be able to capture and report on respondent location data, and then personalize the survey-taking experience accordingly. A 'Respondent Map' provides an at-a-glance view of geographic distribution of survey respondents, who can also be filtered by location, including specific countries or cities - and users can customize survey flows for each participant.

In addition, Verint EFM now offers new features for deploying surveys at multiple customer engagement points, enabling customers to share photos when they provide feedback, and support for embedding the first question of a survey in an e-mail.

Nancy Treaster (pictured), SVP and GM of Strategic Operations, says benefits include increased security, minimizing the impact of background tasks on the survey experience, and better options for bringing in multichannel responses and insights.
