Relish Hires Head of Quant, Opens Analytics Unit

London-based full service agency Relish Research has appointed former ICM Unlimited exec Joe Wheller as Head of Quantitative Research, while setting up an Analytics unit led by newly promoted Joe Catling.

Joe Wheller and Joe CatlingRelish conducts qual and quant research in areas such as brand and ad tracking, brand positioning, new product development and advertising and communications development. Wheller joins from ICM Unlimited where he served as Research Director in charge of the Future Insights team, prior to which he was a Research Consultant at BBC Media Action. Earlier, he worked in the AsiaPac region as Acting MD at ABN Impact and MD at Cimigo, and he held director-level roles at Research International/TNS, Nielsen and Synovate.

Catling joined the firm two years ago, having previously spent five years at FreshMinds; latterly as Research Manager conducting quant research such as factor analysis, cluster analysis and segmentation. He has now been promoted to the role of Head of Analytics, from his former position of Quantitative Account Director, specialising in creative approaches to advanced analytics.
