Australian Video Researcher Verbate Opens in London

Sydney, Australia-based video survey and research platform Verbate has expanded to Europe with the opening of an office in London.

The firm offers a standalone video research product, as well as fieldwork and project management services. It also specialises in multi-day diaries which it claims allows clients to achieve a level of insight comparable to ethnographic studies, and beyond anything found in focus groups. These services, which integrate with most panels, are used by clients to run voice of customer research, concept testing, brand audits and living customer profiles.

Through Verbate's launch in London, UK-based researchers will now be able to conduct video diaries, and add video to surveys and groups, all with 24-hour support. CEO Matt Barnett (pictured) comments: 'We are incredibly excited about this opportunity to bring our technology to a wider audience, as well as providing a better service to our current UK customers. Demand from UK clients is steadily increasing and we want to better serve this market via an office here in London'.
