Kitewheel Promotions Drive European Growth

December 6 2016

US and UK-based customer journey analyst Kitewheel has announced promotions for two new senior management positions; and says it will shortly move its London office within the city to provide more flexibility for its growing client roster and workforce.

Kitewheel's Customer Journey Hub software brings together disparate systems, touch points and technologies, allowing users to analyse, design and plan 'seamless' customer experiences; and counts top five marketing agencies Omnicom, WPP, Publicis and Havas as partners.

Although headquartered in Boston, the firm has operated London offices from day one and says this is key to its European success. Boosting this presence, it has now promoted James Allum to European Partner Director, and Philip 'Pip' Haylett to Strategy Director.

Allum has over 20 years of experience in marketing software, including predictive segmentation, database marketing and real-time engagement platforms. He worked at DoubleClick; for Alterian/SDL building an Asian partner network; and at Pitney Bowes Software, before moving to Kitewheel four years ago.

Haylett also has two decades of marketing experience, beginning at Innovations Group PLC, and later at dunnhumby and a number of WPP agencies. He joined Kitewheel two years ago.

Company President Mark Smith comments: 'Our sustained success in the UK and Europe is core to the Kitewheel business, and is built on our track record of innovative solutions from our London team... James and Pip have been instrumental in spearheading our success in the region, and will continue to build on that accomplishment in their new roles'.

The firm, which also has offices in New York, is online at www.kitewheel.com .
