GlobaLexicon Opens Office in Chicago

December 15 2016

MR language and translation specialist GlobaLexicon has opened an office in Chicago, to extend coverage across all North American time zones and increase the capacity of its team following a number of client wins.

Daniela ToledoGlobaLexicon was founded by former Research International employee Daniela Toledo (pictured) in 2004. Its teams of project managers and trained linguists conduct qual and quant research translation, while the firm also offers solutions for coding and content analysis. The firm is based in Camden, London, with additional operations in Seville, Spain; Nuremberg, Germany; and Antwerp, Belgium.

News of the expansion to the US comes as the company announces several new hires, including in Germany, Belgium and Spain, as well as the continued expansion of its in-house linguist team. Toledo comments: 'With over 35% of our revenue coming from North America, it is a key growth market for us and one where our winning approach to high quality and service, paired with the specialist sector knowledge of our teams, is resonating very well. This new office, in the heart of Chicago, furthers that model and allows us to meet current client demand while staying ahead of the growth curve as we continue to build out our teams'.
