Innovate Initiative Ramps Up B2B Sample

On-demand panel and sample company Innovate has partnered with a number of online B2B publishers and undergone a 'massive' off-line recruitment program, in order to expand its validated 'First Class Panel'.

George LlorensLaunched in 2014 by uSamp co-founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, and former colleague George Llorens, Innovate enables clients to pinpoint global panelists on demand and delivers sample via connected APIs. The firm now has 50 employees globally, working from offices in Los Angeles, New York and New Delhi.

Innovate says it has recently responded to client demand by investing 'significant resources' to strengthen and diversify its panel, including TV advertising campaigns to bolster the panel's reach, and the use of off-line call centers and online APIs to authenticate respondent information. New B2B sample adds access to senior-level execs from the C-suite, IT, HR, financial teams and more.

In addition, the firm has launched a new profiling system, through which it says questions can be posed in a 'much more natural, organic presentation' as opposed to those used in 'tedious profiling surveys'. Llorens (pictured) comments: 'Sourcing truly validated B2B sample in our space is challenging for our clients and our investment reinforces our commitment to provide buyers with an alternative that is of the highest quality'.
