Albert to Head Shopper and Digital Teams at GfK NA

In New York, GfK North America has expanded David Albert's role to include serving as Managing Director of both the Digital Experiences and Shopper and Retail Strategy teams.

David AlbertAlbert (pictured) has nearly twenty years' consumer insights experience, with seventeen spent at GfK, where he also acts as the region's Director of Data Insights and Integration. He originally joined the group in 2000 as a Research Manager, left in 2006 for a role at ABT SRBI, and then returned to GfK a year later as Vice President. His new role includes leadership of a team of shopper marketing professionals, plus the North American Digital Experiences team, which includes passive behavior tracking.
