Caterpillar's Sanchez Joins Kantar TNS AsiaPac

Kantar TNS has hired Caterpillar's former consumer insights exec Stephane Sanchez as Regional Head of Customer Strategies, Asia Pacific. He will take up his new role, based in Singapore, next month.

Stephane SanchezSanchez (pictured) joins after nearly nine years at machinery manufacturer Caterpillar, latterly as Global Customer Experience & Design Project Manager, and earlier as Asia Pacific MR & Customer Insights Advocate / Program Manager. Before this, he was a customer satisfaction specialist at WHY Consulting, and he worked for management consultancy CRECI Management and energy business Alstom Grid.

In his new role, Sanchez will lead and develop the Customer Strategies practice across the Asia Pacific markets, helping clients develop customer relationships and deliver customer experience strategies.
