Senior Hires for Finch Brands

Philadelphia-based agency Finch Brands has appointed Thomas Finkle as Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for 'developing innovative approaches to market research'. Lauren Madway Collier also joins, as VP, Brand and Marketing Strategy.

Finkle (pictured) joins from community solutions tech firm Passenger, where he was CEO; and before this served as Chief Client Services Officer of GfK and as Managing Director of the TNS Global Technology Practice. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Southern California.

In the new role, his initial focus will be on developing a proprietary new community solution that offers clients on demand access to the voice of the consumer.

Collier, who will manage Finch's brand strategy work stream, joins from the drinks division of MARS Inc. where she led North American Marketing. Prior to this she spent nine years at Kimberly-Clark, working on innovation and channel expansion for various brands, including KLEENEX for which she used consumer insights to develop a robust global innovation pipeline. She holds an MBA from Drexel University.
