Innovate Continues Senior Hires

Sampling firm Innovate has hired Josh Belknap as Senior Director of Customer Experience, and Hilary Belletti as Director of Sampling, and says it plans to make additional hires in the coming months.

The company was launched around three years ago by uSamp co-founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, together with their former colleague George Llorens.

Belknap brings nearly twenty years of experience to his new role, which includes a focus on 'ensuring that the firm's emphasis on innovative solutions will continue to be a driving force and strong differentiator'. He worked previously at Instantly (formerly uSamp and now part of SSI) for over seven years, and before that spent more than a decade at J.D. Power & Associates, specializing in ad hoc and syndicated research projects for the Automotive industry.

Belletti will work closely on proposals and quote requests for the company, and brings more than ten years of experience in MR, including roles in both Operations and Research at SSI, Instantly/uSamp and Harris Interactive.
