Reckner Healthcare Launches QualEDGE Solution

In the US, specialist MR agency Reckner Healthcare has launched a fieldwork solution called QualEDGE, designed for qualitative market research with healthcare professionals.

As well as providing fieldwork solutions including recruiting, programming, fielding and hosting for qual and quant projects, the firm maintains a healthcare professional panel comprising physicians, hospital administrators, payers and other related decision-makers and opinion leaders. The new QualEDGE℠ tool enables researchers to add a quant element to their qual research. Suggested uses include patient chart exercises, to view and respond to target product profiles and for pre/post interview questions. The service also provides live reporting, enabling researchers to view results and receive alerts as they come in.
