Incisive Media Sells Insight Division to Infopro

B2B information and events business Incisive Media has sold its insight division, 'The Insight Group', to French B2B publisher Infopro Digital. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Céline InfeldThe Insight Group provides professional information services for financial, risk, insurance and financial technology clients. Its portfolio includes analysis of marketplace trends; insights into specific markets and competitors; industry reports, white papers, and research and advisory articles for go-to-market strategy and positioning and pricing strategy. It has more than 350 employees across offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong, and generates £40m in annual revenue.

As part of the deal, Insight Group MD Céline Infeld (pictured) and her management team will join Infopro Digital, bringing the latter firm's total headcount to 2,700 worldwide.
