Research Now Adds Four to Ad & Audience Team

In the US, digital data collection specialist Research Now has added four new members to its Advertising & Audience team, including former Twitter exec Heather O'Shea who joins as Vice President of Global Research.

Heather O'SheaO'Shea (pictured) takes up the position after nearly three years at Twitter, most recently as Global Agency Research & Data Strategy Lead. She worked previously at media agency Universal McCann as VP Group Partner, Research, providing consumer insights, media measurement solutions and custom media research projects across the media planning/buying portfolio of brands. In her new role, O'Shea is charged with establishing the strategy for Research Now's ad effectiveness and audience products.

In addition, former YuMe Manager of Media Insights and Analytics Andrea Giese joins as Senior Research Manager, responsible for cross media and ad effectiveness offerings and leading ad and audience and studies. Bill Jaris takes up the post of Business Development Director after a career which has included stints at Prohaska Consulting, Realeyes, Vizu (acquired by Nielsen), and TACODA (now part of AOL). Finally, Kara Kramer joins as Account Team Lead, having begun her career at CNN, and since worked at Nielsen, comScore, MSN, AOL, DoubleClick and iVillage.
