infas Launches Full Service Agency in Germany

In Germany, social research group infas Holding AG has set up a full-service agency called infas quo, offering strategic management consulting based on market research. The business will be led by former GfK exec Karsten John, who is also a previous infas employee.

Karsten JohnBased in the center of Nuremberg, the new business will work with clients in the finance, investment, trade, transport/logistics and FMCG sectors. The company will tap into the resources of the infas Institute for Applied Social Science, including its telephone centre, nationwide face-to-face field force and proprietary online research tools.

John (pictured) joins after more than fifteen years at GfK, where most recently he was Head of Financial Services, Germany. Prior to this, he spent eleven years at the infas Institute for Applied Social Sciences.
