FreshMinds Ramps Up London Team

In the UK, full service insight and innovation consultancy FreshMinds has appointed four new members of staff at its London-based offices. It has also promoted Steven Martin, James Wallis and Sofia Savage to Senior Consultant.

Founded in 2000 by Caroline Plumb and Charlie Osmond, FreshMinds offers qual and quant techniques, business analysis and strategic consultancy. Two years ago, the firm launched an ideation approach called Spark, promising to help brands in the early stages of the innovation process by generating ideas for new products and services.

Dominique Peters joins as an Account Director from content creation agency Kiosk HQ, where she served as a Director, with a background in qualitative research, customer journey mapping and harnessing innovative, digital methodologies. Consultant Milo Warby and Senior Associate Selina Parmar join from 'kid safe' marketing platform SuperAwesome, with experience in kids and youth research with experience spanning media, publishing and FMCG. Finally, Claudine Levy takes up the position of Associate from Spinach, where she was a Junior Account Manager.
