Gongos Partners with CX Firm Customerville

US-based research firm Gongos, Inc. has partnered with customer experience (CX) tech specialist Customerville to create 'turnkey' CX solutions for major companies.

Camille NicitaCustomerville's Technology Stack uses behavioral science and blends 'conversational' survey design with live dashboards, powering real-time customer feedback platforms in more than 20 countries. This will be combined with Gongos' expertise and understanding of the customer journey, including analytics and innovation groups. The research firm will help users to pinpoint customer pain, identify gaps between brand promise & experience, and help organizations design activation plans to enhance customer lifetime value.
