Funds and CTO Hire for Reputation Institute

June 5 2017

US consultancy Reputation Institute has appointed Rajendra Joshi as Chief Technology Officer, with a remit including the launch of 'the world's first Reputation as a Service knowledge platform'. The firm has also secured 'a significant investment' to fuel its growth.

Raj JoshiThe unquantified growth capital comes from existing investors, and will feed the expansion of RepTrak, the company's flagship methodology which builds on 'the largest global normative database in the world on reputation management, KPIs, benchmarks, metrics and best practices'.

Joshi will drive innovation and data science initiatives using his experience from leadership roles in organizations such as Digilant and Pegasystems - this includes conceiving and executing strategic plans, scoping and developing tools and metrics, managing cloud systems, and working with big data technologies. Big data and customer data analytics formed a large part of his role as a VP at Digilant, while at Pegasystems he was a Principal Data Architect, responsible for building enterprise solutions for IT and cross-functional teams. He holds an MBA from Babson College, and Master's degrees from Northeastern University.

President and CEO Jamie Bedard comments: 'Raj's expertise brings precisely the right combination of insights, from both the big data analytics side and software implementations, to deliver a powerful new set of products and services for Reputation Institute's global clients'.
