J+D Consulting Expands to Japan

Pharma sector forecasting and insights specialist J+D Consulting has partnered with Seigo Maeda, founder of SDMJ Consulting in Japan, to support its global expansion plans.

Set up more than ten years ago and with bases in Manchester, UK and Udine, Italy, J+D focuses on new product planning, strategic and operational forecasting, brand planning and implementation. Its team uses advanced analytics to audit existing data sources, identify information gaps, develop appropriate market research solutions, and create customised interactive insight and delivery platforms.

Its new partner Maeda worked previously for Datamonitor in Tokyo for nearly seventeen years, latterly as Sales Director and Country Manager. Maeda says the collaboration will provide opportunities for Japanese clients to develop their forecasting knowledge and skills.
