Carruthers Joins FreshMinds as Client Services Director

In the UK, insight and innovation consultancy FreshMinds has appointed former ICM Unlimited exec Iain Carruthers as Client Services Director, with a seat on the Board and responsible for overseeing the delivery of work across the firm's client base.

Iain CarruthersCarruthers (pictured) was most recently a Board member at Creston-owned full-service agency ICM Unlimited, overseeing qualitative research. He began his career at Scottish and Newcastle Breweries, before working for three WPP firms: Research International as Client Services Manager, Millward Brown as Account Manager, and Added Value as a Director. More recently, he was a Director at Interbrand, founded research and innovation boutique agency The Encounter Business, and was a Senior Consultant at Calling Brands. In addition, he co-runs the AQR's facilitation training.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Catherine Crump said: 'I'm absolutely thrilled to have Iain on board. As we continue on our growth journey, Iain will help us to further develop and build our capabilities, ensuring that we continue to push the boundaries and deliver an outstanding client experience'.
