Go2mobi Adds Retargeting Feature

July 5 2017

Mobile audience targeting specialist Go2mobi has added a retargeting feature to its demand-side platform.

Tom DesaulniersThe firm offers a proprietary technology called MomentMatch, which times the delivery of ads to drive engagement, conversion and purchase. This technology ties first-party location data from mobiles to personified device IDs, to break down consumers' mobile lives into five consumer-specific locations: home, work, commuting, out and about, and travelling. Then, by layering on 'variable moment factors', such as POI proximity, local time, digital context, weather and local events, the firm can target each 'moment' with customised creative.

The new retargeting solution allows users to upload lists directly into the mobile programmatic ad platform, and target mobile app users who have previously engaged with their companies. Users can target up to 100 million device IDs and deliver mobile ads across a network of more than 50,000 mobile publishers; while also uploading external device ID lists through either Go2mobi's self-serve ad or API. In addition, clients can use their own attribution and mobile measurement partners to collect and segment the device ID data for retargeting.

Company President Tom Desaulniers (pictured) explains: 'With retargeting, our users and advertisers now have a significant advantage when using Go2mobi because of the size of lists they can target and our expansive network of publishers. Coupled with our MomentMatch technology and targeting features, the ability to hyper-focus your mobile ad's messaging and timing to already-known audience segments, not only increases the probability of conversions and revenue, but with greater cost-efficiency than other campaigns'.
