Analytics Firm FICO Opens Office in Miami

Global analytics software firm FICO has opened an office in Miami, Florida, from where it will support Latin American and Caribbean clients.

FICO uses analytics and data science to predict consumer behavior, helping clients to build more profitable customer relationships, optimize operations, manage risk and fight fraud. The firm has offices worldwide, including in São Paulo, Brazil and a newly opened office in Santiago, Chile.

The Florida team includes Head of Marketing Marisa Arribas, who has worked for FICO for nineteen years, and Martin Perez, Head of Professional Services for Latin America. Commenting on the launch, Alexandre Graff (pictured), VP and General Manager for Latin America, said: 'We are experiencing tremendous growth in Latin America, and opened this office to better serve our customers here and expand our support structure. This office will serve as our primary hub for operations in northern Latin America'.
