Accenture Buys Data-Driven Clearhead

Global management consultancy Accenture has acquired Clearhead, a provider of data-driven user experience design, product development, analytics and strategic consulting solutions. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Matty WishnowWith bases in Austin, TX, Cincinnati, OH and London, UK, Clearhead employs a team of more than 70, who use a proprietary data-driven methodology to determine where improving digital product features may lead to business gains. The team then sets up A/B or multivariate tests to validate these hypotheses, analyze the results, and redesign experiences/products according to what works best for customers. Glen Hartman, Head of Accenture Interactive North America, welcomes Clearhead's experimentation and personalization capabilities as a way to bolster his team's full suite of 'digital customer transformation services'.
