FlexMR Partners, Hires to Boost Spanish Offer

UK online market research provider FlexMR has partnered with Madrid-based Idea Strategic Research Solutions, to support 'growing demand' from its Spanish clients. The firm has also hired two full-time Spanish speaking staff in the UK.

Paul HudsonBased in the Lake District, FlexMR was launched by research company Intersperience in 2013, to provide mix-and-match tools 'to suit any budget'. The firm offers a fully integrated qual and quant SaaS online and mobile research platform, and a multi-language software product supported by its insight professionals. Its new partner Idea Solutions offers a full range of MR services across sectors from food and drink to automotive, finance and telecoms. Following the deal, Spanish language research services will be provided from both the UK and Madrid offices.

Meanwhile Spanish speakers Mayra Munguia and Molly Richardson join in the UK, Munguia as Project Manager overseeing international survey panels, customer communities and stakeholder liaison; and Richardson as Research Associate moderating and reporting on bespoke B2B and B2C projects. FlexMR CEO Paul Hudson (pictured) comments: 'This year, 20% of our revenue will be related to Spanish research initiatives, so building a presence in Madrid makes perfect sense. Spanish is currently the most commonly spoken language in the world after Chinese, so it was important for us to place ourselves to support these clients in the most effective way possible'.
