In London, online research and marketing analytics firm MetrixLab has appointed former Future Thinking UK MD Claudia Strauss as Senior Client Director.
Headquartered in Rotterdam and San Francisco, with fifteen offices across the US, Europe and Asia, MetrixLab collects and analyses data from millions of consumers in more than 50 countries. The firm merged with Japanese online specialist Macromill in 2014. Strauss (pictured) joins after three years at Future Thinking, having led the UK office since January 2016. Before this, she was Head of Insight at Burtons Foods and Kerry Foods, Senior Research Manager at T Mobile, and a Director at Illuminas, having spent the previous twelve years at Ipsos.
In her new role, Strauss is tasked with developing existing and new accounts. MetrixLab UK MD Angela Morgans comments: 'Claudia brings an exciting blend of insight experience.
