Fuel Cycle Integrates SurveyGizmo Solutions

October 4 2017

SurveyGizmo's enterprise-level self-serve research solutions can now be launched directly from FUEL CYCLE's mobile-first MR and community intelligence platform, following a partnership between the two firms.

FUEL CYCLE's services range from discussion boards and live chats to gamification and rewards management, and are geared around helping clients build 'high-impact online experiences for their customers'. Following native API integration of the partners' software, those clients will now get the option to run an unlimited number of research and customer studies, un-restricted by pay-per-use options (per response or per survey), direct from the FUEL CYCLE platform; and will have centralized access to their online customer communities and data analytics from the same front end.

Bahram Nour-Omid, CEO of FUEL CYCLE, says the integration 'expands the ability of customers to increase the frequency and depth of their research', giving users 'a modern, mobile-first solution' that complements his own firm's native capabilities. He adds: 'Because the SurveyGizmo integration utilizes Fuel Cycle's centralized means for accessing data, enterprises can expedite research at increasingly faster rates - a necessity given the accelerating pace of change in our business environment'.

Christian Vanek, his opposite number at SurveyGizmo, comments: 'We at SurveyGizmo understand the importance of streamlining data flow and addressing customer needs through best-in-class solutions, which is why we view this partnership as a perfect match of two like-minded companies'.

LA-based FUEL CYCLE is online at www.fuelcycle.com while its new partner is headquartered in Boulder, CO with a home page at www.surveygizmo.com .
