HfS Strengthens Analyst Team with Five Hires

Digital business analyst HfS Research has expanded its team of industry analysts. Saurabh Gupta joins as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing the firm's global research function; while Elena Christopher, John O'Brien, Suvradeep Bhattacharjee and Ollie O'Donoghue also join.

Gupta will manage the company's global team of analysts across US, Europe and Asia-Pac, working closely with the CEO. He brings fifteen years of experience, including heading up strategy for Genpact's CFO and transformation services; and strategy and management of Business Process Services (BPS) for AbbVie and Everest Group.

Christopher joins as Vice President, Industry Research with a specific focus on high tech and banking sectors. She has more than twenty years of IT and BPS experience, most recently from Conduent (formerly Xerox Services), where she led Strategy and Portfolio for the commercial business. Prior to this she built a KPO practice as VP, Research & Analytics at OfficeTiger/RR Donnelley; and was a Global Research Director at Gartner.

O'Brien joins as Research Director, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Customer Experiences, with more than fifteen years' experience via firms including Ovum, Datamonitor/ComputerWire and most recently TechMarketView, where he was Research Director for BPS.

Bhattacharjee joins as Research Director, Market Insight and Data Solutions, with specific responsibility for managing the company's services contracts database and supporting its data products. During more than fifteen years in relevant sectors, he also worked at Ovum, in addition to Frost and Sullivan, NelsonHall, Amdocs, British Telecom and Cognizant.

O'Donoghue was previously Head of Research for IT support specialist the Service Desk Institute, and joins HfS as Senior Analyst, IT Services Research.
