Korn Moves to Australia to Rejoin Ipsos

Richard Korn has returned to Ipsos as MD of its Loyalty division in Sydney, after a four and a half year spell in Hong Kong.

Richard KornKorn has spent the last two and a half years in HK as Country Manager for Customer Experience agency Albatross Global Solutions, prior to which he worked for three and a half years as an RM, AD and Director for Ipsos in the UK and two as Client Director in Hong Kong. In total he has more than fourteen years' experience in research, focused on Customer Experience, including EFM and Mystery Shopping.

The team he will now lead offers CEM and Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs, advisory, mystery shopping, journey mapping and relationship surveying, all geared towards promoting customer-centricity.
