MARU Group's tech and communities business Maru/Matchbox has launched a multi-market community-based intelligence platform called 'Global Connect'.
The new solution uses a centralized, hierarchical technology platform and an integrated toolkit of quant and qual, mobile and behavioral data collection techniques, supported by research and community management services. Insight teams can aggregate ad hoc research into one unified platform and data warehouse, facilitating data modeling, macro-trend analysis and predictive analytics; and the solution can be scaled to more than 30 countries, allowing clients to add markets and regions according to demand for insights.
