FUEL CYCLE Speeds Up Video Analysis Process

October 24 2017

US-based MR and community intelligence platform provider FUEL CYCLE has teamed up with UK-based video insight specialist Voxpopme to launch a video capture and analysis capability. The partners say this reduces the amount of time required to analyze videos from days to minutes.

Rick KellyFUEL CYCLE, which used to be known as Passenger, provides a range of services from discussion boards and live chats to gamification and rewards management. Developed in partnership with Voxpopme, the firm's new solution provides transcribed and time-coded video data, through which users can create visual reports and highlight reels of key findings for use in meetings, brainstorming, and boardroom presentations. Video can be captured by mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop devices directly from the FUEL CYCLE platform, without the need to install plugins or additional mobile apps.

The firm says its service offers 'lightning quick' transcription of spoken words, just minutes after a response is recorded; in addition to automated organisation of content into themes, and sentiment analysis to determine the attitude of respondents. Rick Kelly (pictured), VP of Products, comments: 'The most successful businesses today capture intelligence from any medium - whether that be surveys, text, or videos. Our integration with Voxpopme enables our customers to quickly generate insights from the thousands of videos shared on our platform each year'.
