UEGroup Rolls Out Automated UX Platform youXtools

November 9 2017

User experience (UX) design and research consultancy UEGroup has launched a cloud-based UX research and analytics platform called youXtools, using AI and machine learning to automate the customer feedback cycle, from collection to action.

Tony FernandesThe new platform uses an AI-based virtual observer called Ami (Autonomous Moderator Interface), which helps visualize results in moments, and enables users to identify the tasks that produce the best and worst usability ratings. The platform will automatically recruit users for their feedback based on target demographics; and allows clients to create and manage user research as a single project, rather than by combining unconnected tools from multiple vendors.

Features include online usability testing tool youXreaction; online diary study youXdiscovery to track participant activity; in-lab solution youXconversation, for controlled environments; and automated user experience rating solution youXscore. User research can be conducted in English and six other European languages, and is supported by both Android and iOS.

Tony Fernandes (pictured), CEO of youXtools and founder of the US-based firm, comments: 'In our consultancy, we needed greater speed and automation, but the tools on the market just didn't cut it, so we created something better for ourselves. This led to integrating those tools onto a cloud platform built from the ground up for that purpose, and now we are ready to extend our expertise to others through youXtools, removing the barriers of ease-of-use, speed and cost of accessing customer insights'.
