US-based online survey specialist SoGoSurvey has launched a customer experience version of its software, to help businesses measure and explore the relationships between customer satisfaction, customer effort, and customer loyalty.
Founded in 2007 by brothers Suhail and Hamid Farooqui, SoGoSurvey offers a platform for secure collaboration, guaranteed anonymity, in-depth reporting and real-time alerts. The firm also provides an enterprise version of its DIY survey software, to enable organizations to create, launch and analyze their own online or mobile surveys.
The new tool - SoGoSurvey CX - offers business users ready-to-go surveys, a range of distribution options, and a dashboard through which teams can plot customer experience trends over time and across the customer lifecycle.
