Funds for Retail Intelligence Firm GoSpotCheck

In the US, retail intelligence specialist GoSpotCheck has raised $21.5m in a Series B1 round of funding, which it will use to add artificial intelligence and machine learning to its field management platform.

Matt TalbotThe Denver, CO-based firm helps clients collect, structure and share retail intelligence via mobile apps and web systems which automate the reporting of field data collection, and streamline their surveys, audits and reports. New funding has been led by existing investors Insight Venture Partners and Point Nine Capital, and brings the total raised to date to $47.5m. The latest round follows a $16.5m Series B investment in September 2016.
