Dun & Bradstreet's former UK CEO Christian Erlandson is joining GfK as Chief Customer Officer next Monday. He will take over responsibility for sales and business activities across all regions from CEO Peter Feld.
Erlandson (pictured) has more than twenty years of international experience in sales. He will join from data and analytics service company Dun & Bradstreet, where he has served as CEO UK and Managing Director Europe. Earlier, he held various management positions at Thomson Reuters, including Head of Sales, UK & Ireland, and Head of Investment Management, EMEA.
With his appointment, GfK says it has filled the last pending position of its Executive Leadership Team. Commenting on the news, Feld said: 'The appointment of Christian Erlandson is another important step in our strategy to change GfK's relevancy for our clients through digitization and a significantly increased customer centricity'.
