In the US, brand and marketing insights company Shapiro+Raj has hired Robert Hart as Senior Vice President of Research & Analytics, responsible for leading the organization's research, analytics and data science capabilities.
Headquartered in Chicago, with additional offices in New York and Pune, India, Shapiro+Raj was formed in 2014 when business transformation specialist Zain Raj (pictured) acquired a majority interest in independent MR firm Shapiro. Hart joins from consumer tracking company The NPD Group, where he latterly worked as EVP, Solutions, having previously been the group's Head of Analytics and Modeling. Before this he was Partner, Analytics at brand and communications research consultancy Hall & Partners; he ran his own research, marketing science, modeling and business/market development consulting firm; and he led teams at Ipsos and Harris Interactive.
