Weber Shandwick Acquisitions Expand Data Offer

Communications group Weber Shandwick has expanded its data science, analytics, search and performance marketing capabilities with the acquisitions of digital marketing and tech firm Resolute Digital and data science and BI provider Bomoda. Terms were not disclosed.

Andy PolanskyNew York-based Resolute offers web site analytics, search engine marketing, performance marketing, mobile and web design, and uses a data-first approach to audience intelligence, customer acquisition and brand engagement. Bomoda, also headquartered in New York, uses data collected from China's digital platforms, providing clients with insights delivered via a proprietary SaaS analytics application, as well as through custom reports targeted to specific market needs.
