In the US, Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW) has acquired customer experience and culture design firm Strativity Group for an undisclosed sum.
Strativity offers a multi-disciplinary approach to customer experience strategy design and implementation, combining proprietary research tools, strategic analysis, business planning and CX innovation design. The firm is headquartered in the New York area and will continue to be led by founder and CEO Lior Arussy (pictured), who previously held executive positions at Nice and Hewlett Packard.
