Episerver Launches Visualization Tool

In the US, software company Episerver has launched a solution to help organizations track and visualize the digital behavior of both authenticated customers and anonymous visitors.

James NorwoodThe firm offers web content management, digital commerce and digital marketing services through its Episerver Digital Experience Cloud software platform; and personalisation through Peerius, a company it acquired in 2016. The new Episerver Insight solution allows marketers and merchandisers to mine its data management platform, and use its behavioral data for segmentation and targeting initiatives. The solution 'intuitively visualizes' customer paths and actions, providing insights on every visit, click, e-mail and purchase.

Chief Marketing Officer James Norwood (pictured) comments: 'It's becoming increasingly easy to collect data on your visitors, but very few companies are actually able to use that data to effectively increase engagement with customers in a meaningful way.
