Northern European customer service improvement specialist Dive has acquired the mystery shopping arm of Lithuanian company DOOR Training, for an undisclosed sum.
DOOR's main focus is on training and business consulting, as well as its 'inDOOR' dedicated coaching services. Its 'secret buyer' research service was established several years ago, but was always a secondary focus after the training side, according to Dive Chairman Kaspar Janes. Dive CEO Kerli Soosaar (pictured) says the buy will boost Dive's Lithuanian offering 'to a new level', while securing its position as the 'clear market leader'.
With the acquisition, DOOR Training's related staff and mystery shoppers will join the local Dive team. Overall, Dive employs around 50 people spread across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Denmark and Norway; and its more than 10,000 mystery shoppers complete audits annually.
