In the UK, full-service agency DJS Research has appointed Jenna Allen as Research Director, responsible for setting up and building an Employee Engagement department, and strengthening the company's Public Health offer.
Headquartered in Stockport, Cheshire, with an additional office in Leeds, DJS works on both consumer and B2B projects across a variety of industry sectors, both in the UK and internationally. The firm employs more than 70 permanent staff, and last year, reported an 11% rise in annual turnover to £4.7m for 2016/17, with ambitions to increase this to £5.2m this year.
Allen (pictured) joins the senior team with seventeen years' research experience, eleven of which were spent at BMG Research, and the remainder in academia at the Universities of Warwick, Birmingham and Leicester. Her specialisms include employee engagement research, public health and housing. Founder and MD Danny Sims comments: 'To have Jenna joining us is a real coup for the company. She is an incredibly talented and experienced researcher, having achieved so much already in her career. I'm looking forward to working with her to help build our Employee Engagement Research Department'.
