Havas Health Launches Emotional Technology Specialist

In New York, health-and-wellness communications specialist Havas Health & You has launched an agency called Havas Health Plus (HH+), which will tap into the insights offered by advancements in emotional technology.

The new agency aims to uncover the emotional triggers that inspire 'transformative experience' and make a difference to 'human connectivity' and healthy lifestyles. It will be led by Dennis Urbaniak, who will serve as CEO while continuing in his position as Chief Digital Officer for Havas Health & You; while Allison Ceraso will step into the newly created role of President and Chief Experience Officer (CXO), tasked with creating an experience design model that integrates creative, content, sensory design and UX (user experience).

They will be supported by two practice leads: Bam Zahraie, who will head up digital innovation and data analysis, and has more than a decade of expertise creating digital solutions for Microsoft and Amazon; and Todd Kolm who will oversee the in-house Digital Outcomes Lab, through which HH+ will drive initiatives for product and program development.

Urbaniak says the new agency will balance functional expertise with an understanding of what drives human behavior and impacts human experience. Ceraso adds: 'Clients are looking for outstanding creative that works hard for their business, effectively tells great brand stories and is efficiently targeted to deliver true ROI.
