Monetate Rolls Out Product Recommendations Tool

In the US, web personalization software provider Monetate has launched a service called Intelligent Recommendations, which incorporates real-time customer data to deliver personalized product recommendations across all channels.

Maribeth RossBased in New York, Monetate operates a big data insights and personalization platform which enables marketers to perform A/B and multivariate testing, while offering web site and mobile personalization capabilities. Last month, the firm launched an artificial intelligence-based feature called Individual Fit Insights, offering users a look under the hood, at why the platform targets particular things at particular individuals.

The new Intelligent Recommendations tool pulls in all the data available about an individual, including historical data and real-time visitor behavior, to provide recommendations in the moment. These are automatically pushed to customers across all channels including in-store, online, e-mail, call center and mobile apps.
