Healthcare research specialist P\S\L Group has introduced a solution called Assure BrandPanels, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to prevent fraudulent respondents from infiltrating research samples.
Through its subsidiaries, P\S\L Group offers MR services to help pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with branding strategies and marketing initiatives, as well as new product development. The company also provides online fieldwork services to pharmaceutical MR and consulting companies, and healthcare communication agencies, to conduct online MR with various types of physicians. Using AI and machine learning, the new Assure BrandPanels tool promises to eliminate fake respondents, fake credentials and fake answers from market research samples, ensuring all respondents are verified and vetted.
