UK-based video data mining specialist LivingLens has added five members to its sales team - four of them in North America - to support 'continued strong growth'.
Four people join the North American commercial team, headed up by Matt Marontate, newly promoted after three years at the company to SVP of Sales. Neira Hodzic joins him in the Toronto office as Account Manager, with a role including both sales and activation.
Linda Rossi and MJ Emery both join the New York office, with the title of VP of Sales; while Allie Putterman joins as Business Development Director. Rossi, drawing on experience from work with pharmaceutical researchers and brands, will build strategic partnerships with researchers and brands in the US. Emery bring thirty years' MR industry experience, most recently from Research Now/SSI as an Account Director. Putterman worked previously at Nielsen with a focus on retail, travel and CPG.
Meanwhile in London, John Prorok joins as Business Development Director. His experience includes Business Development roles at Research Now and SSI, and his new role includes working with brands and agencies in the UK and across Europe.
CEO Carl Wong (pictured) comments: 'It's a really exciting time for us as we continue to expand both in the UK and North America. By increasing our presence through an extended sales team, we are in a great position to capitalize on the ever-growing demand for video capture and analytics we are seeing within the insight industry'.
The company's recent launches and product extensions include CaptureMe, in January, offering a mobile app to capture video and images from respondents, together with a cloud-based app to manage tasks and participants; and enhanced analysis of consumer video content with facial emotion recognition, tonal recognition and object recognition, in February - allowing users to 'decipher the full range of human behaviour demonstrated in video content'.
