UK insight and advisory firm Quadrangle has made four senior appointments to strengthen and extend its Customer Consultancy offering. Vanessa Hargraves and Colin Moyer join the senior team as Directors, and Mike Kernot and Marius Munteanu as Insight Directors.
Hargraves, who was previously Research Director at data-driven marketing and loyalty analytics specialist AIMIA, will now focus on the integration of customer data and research. Moyer joins after serving in Client Director roles at System1 Research and TNS and will lead strategic analysis and large-scale insights programmes.
Kernot previously held senior roles at TRA New Zealand, BDRC Continental, GfK NOP and eDigital; while Munteanu most recently worked at Kantar TNS as Research Director - Qualitative in Myanmar, and previously for NN Romania and Synovate. In their new roles, the pair will enhance the company's repertoire in areas such as innovation, new product development and customer co-creation.
