Next15's VIGA Buys thinqonline

July 17 2018

MR software, services and solutions provider thinqonline has been sold to digital marcoms group Next15's data collection agency VIGA, for an undisclosed sum.

Yaron Brenman and Mark MartinsFounded in 2014 by former Ugam/Confirmit exec Yaron Brenman and Premium Survey Solutions founder Mark Martins, New Jersey and Toronto-based thinqonline combines software partnerships with consulting services for insight programmes - including recruitment of customer panels, management of projects from concept to completion, support for ad hoc project programming and data delivery / online dashboard reporting.

thinqonline will now operate under the VIGA name, providing expanded data collection and visualization services for enterprise, research and media sector clients. Brenman and Martins will remain with VIGA as Senior Vice Presidents, leading the Data Solutions and Operations groups respectively. London-based Next15, which owns brand market research and advisory consultancy Morar and specialist financial MR consultancy Charterhouse Research, launched VIGA in 2016, and the agency now employs more than 60 staff in offices in London and the US.

Commenting on the deal, Lewis Reeves, VIGA's Global CEO, said: 'We are extremely happy to welcome the thinqonline team to VIGA. As our business continues to expand globally, the experience, leadership and operational skills gained from bringing Yaron and Mark's team on board will be crucial as we support our clients' data collection needs, with a now extended set of tools and services'.
