Wunderman Buys Stake in Personalisation Firm Emark

WPP digital agency Wunderman has acquired a majority stake in Emark, whose martech solutions enable brands to personalise interaction anywhere in the customer journey. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ubbo MaagdenbergThe firm has offices in Amsterdam, London and Barcelona, and offers technology solutions for data-driven and personalized customer interaction. The firm is a Salesforce partner, and delivers Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, DMP and ad technology, such as Facebook Advertising and Google Ads, as a single, integrated solution. It also offers Audience Creator, which uses data from multiple sources to create segmented audiences and profiles.

Wunderman's UK Group CEO and Global CTO Stephan Pretorius said that with growing client demand for Salesforce's data-driven customer engagement solutions, Emark brings highly specialized capabilities that are key to business growth.
