In London, boutique research and strategy firm Rare: Consulting has launched a report on the UK luxury market.
Rare: combines qual and quant research techniques to generate insights about audience needs. Specialities include brand strategy, customer loyalty, brand perception studies and creative evaluation, and the firm works with clients across a broad range of sectors from pharma, health and beauty to insurance, telecoms, tourism and pharmaceuticals.
For the new report, Luxury, Loyalty & Experience, the company interviewed 300 UK consumers to explore how exclusivity and quality shapes purchasing behaviour, and what loyalty and trust means to customers when it comes to luxury brands. The firm says its report 'delves deeper into the buyer psyche' and then compares responses against current perceptions.
