In New York, Dentsu Aegis Network-owned digital marketing specialist iProspect has hired Doug O'Reilly for a newly created SVP position, Head of Data and Insights.
O'Reilly (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' experience growing data and strategy offerings across a variety of businesses. Most recently he was SVP, Director of Data Science at MRM//McCann, leading the development and growth of the data strategy group, while also providing insights in data and marketing tech to the agency as a whole. Prior to this, he worked for predictive analytics agency Konverg as Lead Partner; MWW as SVP, Research and Insights; research consultancy maypop as MD; and SHVO as VP-Research and Strategic Planning.
In his new role, O'Reilly will oversee the Data and Insights team, with a focus on expanding iProspect's offerings in marketing technology, measurement and data strategy, analytics and data management. He will report directly to Mike Gullaksen, President, iProspect US, who comments: 'Clients today are still trying to make sense of their data, technology platforms and their own internal organizational structure. Our ultimate goal is to create one-to-one conversations between consumers and brands. Doug's background and expert command of all data and insights is critical in helping us deliver this type of relationship to clients'.
